Michael A. Crowley, PE is owner of Michael A. Crowley, PC and Crowley & Associates, Inc. and is President and an owner of Crowley, Crisp & Associates, Inc.  As President of Crowley, Crisp & Associates, Inc., Mike is a lead designer of water supply, treatment and storage projects, regional sewage lift station design, and residential and commercial site development projects and is responsible for the management of the firm.  Mike’s industry background includes over 20 years experience in the civil engineering field inclusive of executive level responsibilities in Marketing and Project Management.  Prior to founding Michael A. Crowley, PC, Mike held positions with several engineering firms in North Carolina and Maine.  Mike holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.  Mike is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and holds professional registrations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Arkansas, Maine, Tennessee, and Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies.  Mike is a native of  Norridgewock, Maine.  The Crowley family resides in Wake Forest.

Jeffery B. Crisp, PE is an owner of Crowley, Crisp & Associates, Inc.  Jeff is a lead designer responsible for site development projects, including large subdivisions, retail and commercial centers.  Along with Mike, Jeff has responsibility for all engineering designs performed by the firm.  Jeff holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.  Jeff is a professional member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and holds professional registrations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies.  Jeff, a native of Bryson City, N.C. and his family reside in Raleigh.   Crowley, Crisp & Associates, Inc. has an experienced staff of professionals that are dedicated to providing leadership and knowledge to our clients to produce high quality projects.    Our staff is committed to deliver your vision, from concept to design to the real world.  We strive to be a leader in site civil design through communication, fundamental engineering practices, strong principles and dedicated people.
